Erik Dickerson brings more than 18 years of experience in sales and real estate to the Atlanta market. Known for his clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and ability to build lasting relationships, Erik takes pride in helping buyers and sellers confidently navigate the resale market.

Throughout his career, Erik has developed a reputation for guiding clients through the entire home buying and selling process with transparency and insight. Whether assisting first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, or investors exploring new opportunities, Erik focuses on making sure every client understands their options and feels empowered to make informed decisions.

Before focusing fully on residential real estate, Erik served as Leasing Director for Apartment Selector, where he oversaw leasing operations in both Charlotte and the Greater Atlanta area. That experience gave him a strong foundation in market analysis, customer service, and housing trends — skills that continue to benefit his clients today.

Erik is also the owner of Well-Rounded Marketing, where he combines marketing strategy with real estate expertise to help properties stand out in a competitive market. His passion for real estate extends beyond traditional transactions — he enjoys researching investment opportunities and helping clients explore ways to build long-term wealth through property ownership.
